FounderDr. Adebowale is the Executive Director of BLASS College and the President of KEO Blended E-Learning Ltd., offering tutoring, college-prep, and career-readiness programs globally. With over 20 years of teaching experience across K-12, higher education, and adult learning, he has taught students across five continents through online and blended learning.
He holds a PhD in Technology, Policy, and Innovation from Stony Brook University, and has served as a research professor and quality coordinator in U.S. universities, contributing to online learning standards and policy. He’s published research on online assessments, learning analytics, and user-centered digital learning.
Dr. Adebowale also leads the BLASS NSBE Jr. Pre-Collegiate Initiative Chapter, mentoring students in global STEM programs like robotics, quantum computing, and drone competitions with MIT. His leadership ensures students access rigorous college-prep curricula and STEM certifications.
Additionally, he coaches students in IGCSE First Language English, Literature, IB English A (Language & Literature and Literature), as well as public speaking and debate.

Python Programming Instructor | Software Engineer | Educator
Cynthia Ibegbu is a passionate educator and software engineer with a unique blend of teaching expertise and technical skill. With over two years of experience in the tech industry and a solid background in education, she brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to teaching programming.
Cynthia is proficient in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, ReactJS, Python, and Django, and has applied these skills to build functional, user-focused web applications. She is deeply committed to demystifying code and helping learners, especially beginners, gain confidence in tech through clear, engaging instruction.
With years of teaching experience prior to transitioning into tech, Cynthia understands how to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. She’s known for her creativity, patience, and ability to break down complex technical concepts into relatable, understandable lessons.
Beyond the classroom, Cynthia is passionate about using technology to drive meaningful change and is especially focused on empowering young people and women to pursue careers in STEM. Whether she's leading a Python class or mentoring aspiring developers, Cynthia’s mission is the same: to inspire, equip, and uplift the next generation of tech talent.

Gael Ruta Gatera is a Software Engineer at Rogue Space Systems Corporation working on developing the Autonomous Software capabilities of the company’s Orbots™️. He is a recipient of Open Robotics Class of 2022 Diversity Scholarship to facilitate attendance at flagship conference (ROSCon) in Kyoto, Japan and increase diversity of ROS Developers. Previously worked as an instructor for Beaver Works Summer Institute (BWSI) at MIT Lincoln Labs for their Unmanned Aerial Racing Course and Minicar car course. Gael was a research assistant at the e-pilots project at the Computer Vision Center (CVC) in Barcelona funded by Clean Sky and the European Union to develop Machine Learning Algorithms that acted as decision support systems to help pilots reduce the risk of a hard landing scenario. He was a software engineering intern at Mitiga Solutions SL, which is a startup that spined of from Barcelona's Super-computing Center (MareNostrum BSC-CNS) where he improved on a Convolution Neural Network tasked at detecting volcanic ash emission. Other work experience includes working as a design engineer for KPS Global, leading manufacturer of panel systems for walk-ins, where he contributed to developing a patent that protected sheet metal panels from rusting. His academic background includes earning a master’s degree in mathematical modelling for Data Science from The Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2020 and an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Florida Tech where he graduated in 2015. Gael is also an active member of The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) in which he has been a part of since 2013 and currently is Outreach Deputy for the Aerospace Special Interest Group (ASIG).

She has also served for more than 8 years as an EAMUN/IMUN Advisor and World Scholar’s Cup Debate Coordinator, mentoring students in global academic competitions.
With over 25 years of professional experience in education, Lukia is self-driven, ambitious, resourceful, and respectful. Her vision is to empower learners through inquiry-based methods and 21st-century teaching practices that foster sustainable learning. Passionate about transforming Uganda’s education sector, she is committed to helping students identify and pursue their career aspirations.
